I have watch so many videos on hammocks. please can you share your complete set up. I seen you used the hammock gear standard tarp with doors, did you order the q1 or 12 foot, hardware from them or did you get all your hardware from the etsy, myerstesh labs.
@@harperhellems3648 my pack without food and water (aka base weight) is 11lb but with food and water it ranges from 20-30lb when completely full. Towards the end of a section, it can be as low as 13lb. It’s not too hard for me to find the perfect amount to carry but I’ve been doing this a long time now, it was definitely difficult in the beginning! So glad you love the videos! Think you’ll do a thru hike?
@@forklifthikes Probably not. I'm pretty happily home bound. I've got 5 rescue beagles, chickens, and a wife. Plus I'm always working on my vegetable garden, fruit winemaking, sculpture projects. You never know though.
