- HOORAY! The club is coming out of post-Covid “Hibernation” and having meetings and operating sessions again. We start the year off at Jake Master’s home, his HO Scale 21.5 by 16.5 foot layout is awesome. Set in 1956 west of the Chicago area, Union Pacific rules the railroad roost. Awesome scenery and DCC make it so much fun to operate. A great start to 2023!
This is one of the most beautiful train layouts I've ever seen. The scenery is beautiful Museum quality, I love the way he has it set up inside of his home, thank you for sharing this video.
I ❤️❤️ watching your awesome train set videos
Just a wonderful layout. Congratulations on your fine accomplishment
Looks awsome. I love the farm with the old barn.
Beautiful layout.
Magnifique je suis fane je suis français bravo
Lots of work and money
is there a video that shows all the industries and maybe takes a walk through by any chance? And by the way amazing layout very beautiful thank you for showing
There will be a more detailed follow up soon.
I am modeling the U.P. in 1950s also. Besides the EMD F7, can you provide model-names of diesel freight locos used by U.P. in the era?
Beautiful layout looks very well engineered & professionally done.👍 🎥⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
GreatVideo on the layout, But the audio was bad, distorted and too many other voices while the exlanations were going on....Steve
U missed the point. The layout is the point of this video not the sounds u r hearing
Super. Hello from the Tracy Mountain Railway in Colorado. 💙 T.E.N.
Extremely poor camera work. Movements are much to fast for us to appreciate the work involved. Very amateurish. When recording, move the camera three times slower than you would normally and the videos will come out easy on the eyes.
UNFREAKINBELIEVABLE Jack😳😳I’VE seen some WICKED sets but you have the winner by far sir👏👏👏👏👏👍👍👍👍☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️
I don't know what it is but American rail roads as they call them look like children's toys compaired to England model railways.
I am always fascinated by the amount of time and detail that people are willing to put into this hobby. Great setup!
I LOVE the 1950's set layout!
This is one of the finest layouts I have seen! The thousands and thousands of hours in development not to minimize the 'great' financial costs. Thank you for making this video. Respectfully, why run the trains so fast? It's not a slot-car set. Why not slow it down, more prototypical to real railroads: go slower, enjoy the views, enjoy the tour, and make the track APPEAR to be longer. Hey, just my opinion.
I wanted to watch the video but I got dizzy from the camera.
I'd like to see the town based on Augusta MI, I grew up down the NYC main in Kalamazoo!
Childs dreams come through when you get older! urrah!
素晴らしいレイアウトだけど、
見事に、じいさんばっかりで、ばぁさんはいない・・
Very cool I had to go back and double check, they look bigger than HO, good camera work.
Thank you.
Wondeful layout and trains❤❤❤
Someone like me what would it cost me as a the beginner to get a layout put together
This is SOOOOO KOOOOOOLLLLLLLL .
Mike Espo. Just great wor
I have that set of trains
No passenger trains?
I always love to see these kind of projects; I havent done any realistic, adult creations but this takes me back to more simple times when I was a kid. I used to spend so much time on my Thomas the Train pieces. I would make all kinds of tracks and show em off to my family. And Christmas was special cuz I’d make a custom track around the christmas tree and gifts. Was a fun hobby! So to see this is especially impressive for me
Nice work. Enjoyed the video.
wow
Those mountains truly are works of art.
Absolutely amazing!
Thanks Jake , such a beautiful Train layout
Amazing layout :)
Excellent layout!
set in '50s, but running '90s locos?
