@@progamer-xe2tj Yea I have it for my Xbox Series X. You plug your headset into the headphone jack of the voice changer and plug the aux cord into your controller and the other end of the aux cord into the voice changer

This voice changer is not good enough for me. My voice is a little bit deep and THIS voice can not change my voice at all. I got another one from PUTELTAL, and it really works great for me, because you can adjust your voice to make it sound more female. M1 is not for me really..........

Was going to build my own raspberry pi voice changer until I saw this.not only is it so much cheaper and less setup but I had a really hard time trying to get my brain around the fact it's not a video editing trick so 10/10 in my books

Would this also work with the changer connected to a speaker with a 3.55mm jack? I want to use a voice changer in a mask and this looks perfect.
Im still not able to test that scenario since i dont have that specific speaker to test with. However, i tried it with another headset and it didnt work. it seems it needed an audio decoder of some sort from the phone or the computer. And also, it needs a 3.5mm with 3stripes to work.

hey bro. i tried :( but recording for a party conversation to a video requires a special cable (Elgato chat link). I bought a cheap chinese version of this and it gave a very bad recording with lots of static.
you can use this voice changer directly with the ps4 and the other party can hear you well with the effects, but i cant show you a recording coz buying the original chat link is not practical for me, it's expensive and to only use it only for a few minutes.

Hi man, thanks for the video. I have a problem with mine. The device does change my voice when I connect to my phone. But then when I talk into my mic and tried to record my voice into an app or even the voice memo on my iPhone, the playback was still my original voice. Is there a way to fix that? Or was my setup wrong? Thank you!
Are you using iphone?
Here’s my experience. Some phones have multiple microphones, some apps will activate a particular microphone. It is possible that the default internal mic is selected by the app and not the external mic u r using.
Check and record using then mic first without the voice changer, move ur phone away and whisper into the headset mic.

I can only speak for iphone 6 (has 3.5mm jack) and iphone 7 (no jack).
With my iphone 6, i found out that my phone uses the internal mic everytime i record using the default voice recorder. This phone has 3 internal microphones btw, front, rear and bottom. It uses them depending on the app used and if the external mic is not detected. I used the method i mentioned above and found out my headset’s mic is not doing its job. I switched to another headset and it fixed my prob. For my iphone 7, i bought a cheap 3rd party audio adapter, which i beleive only have audio out. A friend lend me an original audio adapter and my prob was fixed.

You can google search iphone xs max audio adapter. It enables you to use the voice changer’s 3.5mm plug for your iphone. :)

@@samurai-san2186 M1 should work, but you wont be able to hear it unless you record and review it. with v8, you can hear the effects, it has a monitor function.

Yes it can. But the setup may be confusing to most. If ur a gamer, i recommend the one one the pinned comment: the v8 or the maonocaster lite. Check ur headset connection first. They need 3.5mm jacks

Voice effect can be changed by pressing the buttons. It is not programmable.

U can still hear it on the phone. But its very subtle. not like the v8(on the pinned comment) check it out, it has a monitor feature where u can adjust the volume of what u hear(effects).

No microphone, so how do you use it with an android phone? Pretty useless. I have a voice changer built-in to a microphone but it has no memory and resets to defaults averytime I turn it on and off. It cant stay plugged on charge during use either, I'm still waiting for someone to make a good usable one.

Hey, I would like to use it in a Kylo Ren's cosplay bc I have a teen girl voice tone AHAHAH and he has a really much lower voice, and then, I don't know if it'll works and I don't know how to use it while wearing the cosplay because to use it I need to use the white cable connected to my phone, isn't it? hey bro. I'm not familiar with turtle island headset, but just check if it works with a mobile phone through the 3.5mm jack. if it does, it will also work with the M1. I recommend the V8 or the more expensive maonocaster on the pinned comment if you're streaming on a computer. I use the latter as my daily driver.

it goes in between the phone and headset (microphone). when making a call your voice goes in the headset(microphone), the m1 processes the signal, then goes out to the phone.

You need to use an 3.5mm to lightning audio adaper for iphone 7 and up. The authentic ones work best. But it’s expensive. Cheap ones from bamaxis also work, i dunno if itll last tho.

Most only chage the pitch. You also need to bend your voice a little. :)

When you say "original sound, built-in reverb", are you saying the reverb is optional? Or is that the closest to "normal" voice you can expect with this thing? Because I would hope there's a way to disable it without having to unplug it. But if that reverb is the best it can do to pass through a normal voice, it might be a deal breaker for me.
yes. that's the bad part of this. its only a slight reverb, but no way to disable it.

the exact product I bought was already sold out and the link is now dead. but you can search the M1 voice changer anywhere. the prices may differ depending on where you bought this and the quality can sometimes be subpar because i think this is mass produced without strict quality control.

this wont work directly with speakers, it needs a phone as i have tested, if you want that i feature, you need the v8 (pinned comment)

Every thing seems to go fine but when i make calls no one else can here anything why is that ?
try using another 3.5 mm headset. some apps (or if your 3.5mm jack is broken) use the default built-in mic of the phone, therefore the sound signal is not routed to the M1. also check the settings to use the 3.5mm jack as default mic

no prob bro. also, just keep in mind that these are mass produced by China, probably with no proper quality control. and some companies rebrand them, make it their own. some issues from other users includes battery charge, broken cables, or just plain not working. good thing they're cheap. :D
