      yeah, basically if the set of dice is just a bunch of d6's, it's almost certainly being made as a gambling set/collectable. if it includes your various polyhedral dice that you use in dnd then you can assume its being made with gambling in mind.

    With these (gucci, supreme,...) kind of brands, you dont pay for quality, you pay for the brand. People that would like to try to argue that, you can literally go anywhere else and buy the same quality stuff (if not better sometimes!) for hundreds of pounds cheaper. So often you will see something very basic from them they claim their designers spent hours on, but I can get the same crappy stuff from a brandless store and itll not cost me a fortune just cos theres a logo on it somewhere.

      @DamnDaimen 2 года назад

      @@233Deadman Its not really a cube, that was a poor choice of words, its more of a rectangular box with two of the sides too small for it to land on.
      theres also the ones that are basically d6s but two sides of rounded off so it can't land on them. Just.....anything but the fucking caltrops, please.

    Tom and Ben seem to be smart people, but for some reason, they don't know that you pay for the brand, not the product. iPhones are expensive not because it's so expensive to make them but because one, Apple is a famous brand, and two, people are willing to pay as much.

    If those bone dice are made from medical skeletons, like for medical study, those could be from people who volunteered. But unfortunately a good chunk of those skeletons are from queer, poc and disabled who definately didn't volunteer. Not to say some of them didn't volunteer their body but alot of them didn't from back in the day
