susie making kris smile and kris genuinely showing that they view susie as a friend even without player influence is so important to me
yeah. they jump into the dark world at the beginning of chapter 2 of their own accord. it was a cutscene so we didn’t control them

susie saying "heh, that got kris smiling" as if she said that specifically to make them feel better makes my heart ache. shes such a good friend and she doesnt even know it 😭
Just so you know, if you hug Ralsei when you get a photo in the boat ride he gets a special title. Then in this scene He will hug you to try comfort you! You should try it!
Interesting! I'll have to try it out in the future. I've hugged him in previous runs but I did the battle before I reached that point int his run.
He did for me it’s so sweet, and gives me more hope he won’t betray us.

I think that, the reason because Kris yells is because seing Spamton fall after they cut the strings, is like say that he can't live without being controlled, and Kris, like a controled person, sees that like no one that is controled can stop being it, they're condemnd to be pupets
So the real question is why is kris yelling in “no” and it seems he’s being forced to say yes in “yes”. It’s more player vs kris stuff I believe. Kris can only say what we allow him to say and so when we let him say no he shouts it because he’s really not okay being possessed by the player? That’s my guess. And when he says yes he doesn’t want to say it but is forced to. Ralsei and susie are none the wiser bc they think you are in shock about the neo fight. Interesting to see how the meta narrative continues to play out.

Also, it's likely that he's preemtively building up to say "No" so when we pick "No," it comes out way more forceful than he intended. It's like someone suddenly losing grip on a rope they were pulling as hard as they could.

Kris uses they them they are literally referred to as such in this scene you clearly caught on to the fact that they are controlled by the player and are their own person inside so it would be stupid to act like it’s up to interpretation or that they are a blank slate

that theorises if kris is actually a girl / boy that we havent watched yet but this person has.
Or its what I said before the theory part..
But it would be nicer to keep kris gender a secret and let it stay they/them cause then we can flirt with anyone and anything XD

I think he has everything planned out to help Kris and Susie. I think he just doesn't want US to know.
Why is everyone so suspicious of Ralsei? He probably wants Kris to be mentally stable in saving the world. He never had friends before so he won't be the best at comforting someone, but he still does his best. And since he seems to know of the player, he doesn't want Kris to think they are forever stuck on "strings" like Spamton. I also agree that there is something more to him than what we see, but I believe it is not that he has bad intentions. He even banishes you from his Castle until you finish your homework and also tells you how he initially veiwed friendship and what he understood from having friends. Does that sound evil to you?
Nah, man. I don't get people either. I was kind of like Ralsei, but to everyone i always seemed suspicious, even though i never did anything wrong. Because of this, I could see Ralsei not fitting in so easily in the light world (if that were even somehow possible)
The thing is, Ralsei seems really quick to brush off anything that happens. And when you acknowledge the fact that Ralsei most likely knows of the player’s presence, it honestly comes across as condescending. He keeps sugarcoating things to us, and doesn’t want to acknowledge Kris’s feelings, and instead focuses on us, the player.
I don't know why ralsei seems so damn suspicious in this chapter

At no point did he do that. I guess trying to comfort somebody is gaslighting now
He’s trying to comfort Kris, it’s hard to make someone calm down if you bring up why they’re traumatized
He just brushes off Kris’s feelings. He says ‘it probably doesn’t mean anything, he turned into our ally so let’s just accept it’. Essentially, he is trying to ignore what just happened, and it’s even worse when you consider the fact that he probably knows that the player exists.

From ralsei’s perspective, kris gets jumped by a glitchy piece of software and he doesn’t understand why it’s so freaky two kris. I’m 30/70 on whether ralsei thinks of kris as the Player and not kris, but if he’s unaware of the player I think it’s excusable him not grasping the meta implications

It would be cool if Kris had his own SOUL aside from the player, especially if it ended up being the yellow one like in the Spamton fight
Ralsei can still be good, but they *DEFINITELY* know more than they’re letting on.
I just saw a vídeo (this one ruclips.net/video/16KEmGUf_O8/видео.html) and i found very interesting that in a moment it says a teory that Ralsei knows the player exists and put their choices above Kris feelings, so even when Kris is saying yes strained Ralsei wants to pretend everything is fine and when he says "Kris dosen't want us to worry" he actually means "the player dosen't want us to worry" so i searched this scene of the game

Why did Ralsei offer to make a chocolate flavored cake for Kris? I dont think it was ever mentioned to Ralsei that Kris likes chocolate. But he deliberately says he'll make it chocolate flavored as if he already *knew* somehow Kris likes chocolate.
WHY HAS NO ONE MENTIONED THIS????

Well, there's the theory that Ralsei is actually a horn tiara that Kris used when he was younger to pretend he was a monster, so he does know Kris more personally
