I do appreciate the critique of brands who don’t become more sustainable. I also see so many commentators say how they don’t like packaging, i creased cost, or the brand experience when brands go mire sustainable. I think consumers have similar responsibility. Just my thought. I also thank you for this review. I haven’t tried anything from Jones Road and have been in the fence. Your review is quite helpful.
Thanks Lori, I have a similar belief. It's SO hard for a brand to be sustainably made and drugstore price point. There are so many limits in the industry for small player.
I've been super curious how'd you review the formula and color of the new bronzer. The entire cosmetics market has been lacking a light, pinky-brown tone like that. Never thought Jones Road would be the first (unless you count Antigua from Bobbi Brown's original line). But it's great it finally exists.
Reagan, do you have a mini reusable spatula amongst your skincare & cosmetics? I have a mini stainless one that I use to get out product in tubs. I bet that would work well for the foundation. I like how you used the bronzer. The color reminds me of a clinique blush I used to use back in the day as a blonzer, which I also used as a diffuse wash in the crease. Do you have any blushes that come close to duping dusty rose? I also like the dark brown eyeshadow. How would you describe the undertone? I only have Ash thus far. Thanks, Reagan!
Hi! yes, I do, mine is a spatty though, you know the little silicone sponge one. I don't really have a dupe of dusty rose, it is unique, the undertone is really dark. It's not purple, which I've seen in a lot of brown shades.
Thank you for mentioning the Athr mascara, as I just discovered it this year, and it’s my fav!!! But, it appears they are gone from Sephora? Do you know if they are going out of business?? 😢 Not sure where else to purchase the Athr mascara!
