    The red/black interior slaps! Will prolly pick one of these up for a new daily when they're 2-3 yrs old and depreciate a little. I suspect the new gen Camry in 2025+ will result in a lot of trade ins.

    I clocked your 0-60 in 6.9secs. I understand with no brake boost and traction control being on it might cut power. It’s able to do it in 5.8secs. But still the 1st to 2nd gear shift puts the Camry out of its power-band. Also, I thought putting it in sports mode would raise the rpm by 500-700 rpm but it doesn’t. The transmission programming is holding the car back tremendously. It just sucks cuz the engine is great.

      Makes sense. These only make about 250whp on a dyno. The transmission holds it back.

      They had to make the V6 Camry more timid than the ES350 and IS350. Toyota intentionally held this car back. It’s too bad really. I think there could be a market for a higher performance Camry at a lower price point than the Lexus counterparts.

      If there was a way to re gear the 8 speed like the 6 speed I’d be all over it
      Plus idk how other car reviewers are able to get 5.7-5.8 seconds 0-60. I even saw one where they got 5.6 seconds

    Just got my 24 XSE V6 a couple weeks ago before they're gone forever. They had two that just came it at the dealer. This Ice Edge and the Wind Chill Pearl. I ultimately went with the Wind Chill Pearl because I love the effect of it in the sunlight, but the more I see this Ice Edge, the more I think I should've went with that one. It's much more unique. You see far more WCP on the road than this color.
    I already put a magnaflow catback exhaust and AEM intake on it and it sounds soooooo good. Also tuning it with the D3 tune which fixes the transmission issues and adds about 30hp and 30torque. If only Toyota tuned the transmission properly from the factory. It's definitely what holds this car back.

    Close to running out of gas. Yep! I really enjoy my 2023 Camry XSE V6 fully loaded. Drives and handles very well. MSRP $41,305 and OTD price $39K. Just got to know how to negotiate. Always ask for the Dealer Invoice, work out a compromise, and never pay full MSRP. Oh, never ever trade in a vehicle as it is like you going to the Pawn Shop. Always sell your used vehicle Privately unless it's a dead beat clunker junker car not worth having then no dealer will take it as a trade in so go to the salvage yard or have them pick it up as may get $50 to $200 for it.

    • @HKN_RealReviews
      @HKN_RealReviews  6 месяцев назад +1

      When you put it in reverse, just hit auto in the bottom left corner of the screen and every time you go below 8 mph it will come on in both drive and reverse.

      @Cripleclarence_1948 6 месяцев назад

      @@HKN_RealReviews Just to clarify for your other viewers, the front or rear sensors have to be detecting an obstacle before the Auto in the lower left corner of the screen appears. Just putting the car in forward or reverse won't do it.

    • @HKN_RealReviews
      @HKN_RealReviews  6 месяцев назад

      @@Cripleclarence_1948 from my experience it’s any motion under 8 mph will activate the camera, in Drive or Reverse. But you own the car and drive it everyday so you may be right. But I’ll check again to be sure.

      @Cripleclarence_1948 6 месяцев назад

      @@HKN_RealReviews You are correct. All I'm saying is that to enable the auto feature, the front or rear sensors have to be detecting an obstacle. Only then will the Auto "button" show on the infotainment screen. Just putting the car in forward or reverse, with no obstacles present, won't show the auto "button".

      This one is painted in “Ice Edge” so it’s not the exact color you’re looking for if you want Windchill Pearl. I personally prefer this color over the metallic look of the Windchill Pearl paint. But we have officially sold our last V6 Camry as of two weeks ago. No more coming. The end of an era.

    Nice car for a v6 enthusiast. Get them while you can cause v6 is outdated and going away. This is a reliable sedan that should last years with proper maintenence. Now for the honesty..if you are getting it just for speed i wouldnt recommended. Get a 21-22 accord 2 liter 10 speed. Also if willing to spend 40k id spend 4k more and get the awd lexus is 350 gives you same powertrain with awd.

      Stupid Government is to blame for the fall of the V8 and V6. Apparently emissions are destroying a planet that has single handedly destroyed itself and everything on it several times over. Not saying I don’t believe in climate change but cars are not the issue.
