A new camera will look after our future. And a you got a LC? I got mine 10 years ago at roughly the same k's on it. Now at 401k and still loving it. It drinks lotsa petrol in return, but hey.
It does but a lot easier to maintain, petrol engines may be a bit more thirsty but at the end of the day when you take in consideration the cost of petrol against diesel, petrol is cheaper, then no EGR to worry about, no timing belt every 100k km, not just oil filters, fuel filter too every 10k km , when you look at overall expenses it may cost less to run petrol engines. And about camera, I will get another GoPro as all the accessories, chargers, spare batteries that I got are for GoPro.
Yes, it was, but it is a bit scary, a bit too quiet on the road for this time of the year, volume of general freight is going down, no difference on mine sites but the rest is down.
@@roadtraindrivingwithtonyivanq When you started to do videos in the K200,you mentioned a couple of times that in WA the urgent need for RT drivers was 1500 persons. Exclusive the ones they neede for the quads in the mine industri. And now the roads are "empty"??
Yes, this is how the economy is fluctuating, there are still a lot of jobs out there but no where near what was two three years ago , all up in between the quads and linehaul still can easily accommodate many three hundred drivers, its a massive drop, we can feel the increase in cost of living in most of the sectors.
I'm hearing from other channels they are having problems with GoPros, even the new ones. Might be time to try some other make of camera. if it's mounted on the dash or windscreen, it could be the heat affecting them. Most cams have an operating temp range, not sure about the GoPros.
It is a bit hard to change brand because I have all the accessories and stuff for GoPro, I got the 10 and 11 series and they are only three and two years older, heat shouldn’t be the problem as I got the air conditioning blowing on them and never get hot, I have a feeling that the problem is from GoPro with the software updates, the older the camera the less updates and they are not automatically updating anymore, you have to go on their website and manually download them into your computer and then to update the camera, it is all business so you can buy the new version of GoPro, same like with the mobile phone. I got one or two more stuff up episodes from last fortnight work that I was editing and uploaded this past weekend and scheduled for next week and then should be ok, I did manually update the camera software this weekend too and so far last night and today was behaving well.
Great episode see you tomorrow👍 yes those land cruisers hold their value. Very popular in qld.
