I’ve been making pumpkin crunch for 14 years now but I like to use the same size pan, double the pumpkin recipe (still one box of cake mix and one cup of butter) then top it with a cream cheese frosting 🤤
*Adding Cool Whip to finished, cooled dessert, makes it so lovely. And, if the entire dessert is covered, no one will know what it is until you cut into it!*
I always make this for Thanksgiving and Christmas... It's been a tradition for a few years now... The recipe I found has this delicious, light cream cheese whipped cream which puts it over the top! Absolutely delicious!
The only issue I had with this recipe was getting it out of the pan Mikey said you spray the pan you put a sheet of wax paper on the bottom pouring your ingredients bake it let it cool put it in the fridge and then the next day you can cut it but when I tried to do that in convert it all into another cake serving platter it wouldn't come out and then when it did come out the wax paper was just totally stuck onto the crust any suggestions

You should use parchment paper not wax.

He said wax paper but seemed like parchment paper to me. Might help with your issue
