A summary of rBreach factions cuz why not:
*Class - D:* Your stereotypical lab rat in an orange jumpsuit commonly depicted as such. They're not always tested on SCPs, they're also tested on new medicine developed by the Foundation, and more.
Recruitment ranges from: Homeless shelters/hotspots (each year adds $80,000~ in their paycheck, money is granted after release)
Low income cities (same procedure as homeless)
Prisons (Each year of work removes 2 years from the sentence)
Prisoners of war (countries will be paid in exchange for prisoner for 1-5 years of work, then released)
Death row prisons (Which are offered a possibility of reduction to ~15 years sentence depending on crimes, in exchange for 5-10 years work)
Captured hostile GOI members (Such as the CI, they're always a Class IV CD unless they posess some form of importance)
Class - D also has subclasses, based off of value and good behavior:
Class - I 'Extremely High-value"
Class - II 'High-value'
Class - III 'Standard'
Class - IV 'High-risk'
*Foundation Staff:* Main workers of the Foundation. The scientists (Depicted as the stereotypical nerds in a labcoat) do research on SCPs, researches for better containment methods, research on new medicine and so on. Technicians/Engineers do daily repairs of equipment, containment, and plan containment schematics (specifically the "Containment Committee" of engineers). Janitors keeps places clean. 'Staff' (added by rBreach) assumingly does office jobs. Doctors makes sure their co-workers are healthy and stable, as well as CDs.
*Security Team:* Depicted as the stereotypical "white uniform, yellow visor" folks, they handle not only armed security, but also provide computer security (not all of them are armed, y'know). The 'Commander' should've been a captain or security director instead.
*Mobile Task Forces (MTFs):* Specialists recruited from the best of the best. Ranging from military MTFs, specialized researchers MTFs, professional hackers MTFs, sleeping MTFs, etc. (not all MTFs are armed). The 'Commander' role actually makes sense. MTF scientist doesn't make sense at all.
*Chaos Insurgency:* Depicted as the "white camo pants, black sleeve, painted gas mask, tacticool helmet with quad goggles" kind of generic, similar case to MTF. A splinter group of the Foundation, formerly a covert task force from Alpha-1 leadership tasked with operations that are questionable, doing the dirty work. Today, they occasionally raid Foundation facilities, do research of their own, and uses anomalies for their own benefit (Not all of them are armed, they literally have an R&D cell). Several origins you can use for your own headcanon:
1. Fake defection in 1924, real defection in 1948.
2. Real defection in 1924, only started raiding in 1948.
3. The Foundation Civil War.
4. Rebelled under the influence of the "Engine".
*Serpent's Hand:* A group that are sympathetic to the anomalies, and actively releases sapient, humanoid, and/or nice anomalies. They spread the existence of the anomalous, wanting it to be a common occurance. (Not supposed to be tacticool soldiers, they're anomalies themselves, or just ordinary humans that feel bad).
*Global Occult Coalition:* The "destroy, destroy, destroy" trope IS WRONG. They destroy HOSTILE ANOMALIES. They either leave alone nice ones, or recruit them. YES THEY HAVE ANOMALIES AND WIZARDS IN THEIR RANK. THEY EVEN HAVE THEIR OWN "HOGWARTS", WHICH STUDIES MAGIC. They're literally consist of 108 anomalous organizations (along with the Coca-cola Company and the Walt Disney Company).
*Unusual Incident Unit:* People call them "useless" because the wiki said so, good chance they don't actually see them in action. They're the amomalous branch of the FBI, policing the wizards while sometimes being wizards themselves (some agents study the art of magic to use). They make sure the anomalous community don't end up killing each other. They did perfectly during the Cold War, but the Foundation and GOC outweighed them.
*GRU Division "P" (Psychotronics):* Anomalous divison of the real life GRU unit of Russia, they research and use anomalies for the protection and benefit of the motherland. They're not evil, they're cold and calculated, doing everything they can to protect their country.
SCPs: Anomalous objects, entities, locations, or phenomenon under the view of the Foundation. If the anomaly is too basic to be classified as such, then they're classified as the basic AO-[Numbers] (Anomalous Object), below the SCP designation.

Quick lore fact, the Engineer isn't the entity itself. There's an entity controlling the Engineer, called the Engine, given the name, "Engineer". Think of the Engineer as a second in command that relays the Engine's orders to the CI and the Delta Command.
Edit: Another thing you got wrong is the Serpant's Hand being a cult. It's more of like a militia, a resistance, if you will, that has different beliefs on SCPs. They don't sit around, doing rituals and stuff like that. What I do like about your SH statement is that they want to make the anomalous common, which is actually what members of the SH do, they don't just free SCPs. Good video, though. I don't play rBreach often, but this is very informative.
Actually, the engineer is an entity seperated from the engine, it's two entites correlated! The engine and the engineer apparently tell orders through memetic signals! Also t he SH are a sort of cult, they want to make the anomalous a common thing and their rituals are made in order to acces to the wanderer's libarary! They research and use anomalies under the command of Stalin, to benefit and save the USSR. They don't actively steal from the Foundation, that would make them look like insurgents instead of an _actual_ government organization.
As usual, the GRU "P" are depicted as the bad guys, since they're russian agents. This is awfully far from the truth, they do what they must to keep their country alive, and they do so in a cold and collective manner, since they're within the anomalous world.

If every SCP game was lore accurrate i would say this one is because they make the MTF the best team and nerf the others which is accurate bcuz the MTF are the best members off the foundation even better if they have the SD with them even if SD is not good SD and MTF combined is absolutely brutal to destroy anything
Agreed, I think SCP rBreach is the best game in terms of lore, I like the fact it shows team leaders like Delta Command or GRU-P Commisar
Chaos Rebellion used to be a project called Rebellion and they members of that group rebelled and that's how Chaos Rebellion was born but that's one of the scenarios of how it came to be 3:23

Canonical The Goc Considers The Serpent's Hand as a terrorist Organization. The Goc has some Relationships with the Chaos Insurgency but If the Insurgency Activity is high the Goc lainches Raids
Yea, the GOC is just a bit weird, they have some sort of alliances everywhere, but also might fight their allies

And in the SCP 5000-Why files The Goc,Chaos Insurgency, Serpents Hand and the Church of the Broken God even Marshall Carter and Dark Limited were either Destroyed or Went into hiding. The GOC in Ganzir Held their ground for 8 months. Straight

I would put UIU higher than GOC because they have more friendly than GOC and being neutral is almost no difference with hostile
True, however it also kinda depends; If GOC can indeed team with many factions, they will have an advantage on UIU, but if they don't, UIU can be seen as better

Hey there, bit late. But GRU-P division is the russian wing of the UN, they aren't the KGB nor are they under command of Stalin. I don't know why GRU and GOC is neutral tho, as they are affiliated to the same faction, the UN.
If you go onto the official SCP Wiki, we can see they were older soldiers from Stalin, of course, we all have different versions of the story

Yes, they are now actually independent, and conduct raids to get their hand on anomalies at their free will
just so you know in rbreach today lot of things mentionned arent true. First of UiU and GRU troopers have 100 hp just like fp and cd you cn tell by the amount of hits it takes for certain scps to kill them for example 280 does 20 damage in total and can kill a trooper with 5 hits while the agents have I believe 115 hp. In mtf reinforcements they all have 125 hp except ninetailed and hammerdown who have 150 hp. this wasnt in the vid but regular guards have 100 hp, senior has 110 hp, lieutenant 120 hp and commander has 150 hp

not sure why ranking gru higher than goc because gru is pretty much hostile to everything while goc has fbi who are friendly even tho its nothing much also goc guns are way better than most gru
GOC are more targetted because of the idea of them being neutral killers, while GRU-P have a better reputation allowing them to make alliances more easily

@@Boo-kn5fe But you're right, they are mostly the same thing, but when you think about it, GRU-P is just able to penetrate the facility easily, while GOC get spawnkilled by MTFs etc...
