Good point Rob! As this was a trial, the customer was happy to forego the usual PPE that is needed in a functioning food manufacturing facility.

It's a good point. In food manufacturing, you would have to wear a hair net. For trials, we do this at the customers' discretion and in this instance chose not to.

Why is powdered milk and butter used? Isn't condensed milk supposed to be just from milk and sugar?
