In west Africa they have a dish called Okra Soup. Bhindi is called okra there & they cook okra with Beef in a pot of water wid ref chillies and pranuts. It keeps cooking for 2/3 hours and the result is very delicious.
Somehow this recipe of yours makes no sense. Why Fry tbe bhindi like a pakora and destroy all its goodness? Fried bhindi will taste crunchy but thets all, it wont mix up with the mutton like tbe African Okra soup curry. 😊

There are too many steps. Looks delicious, but cooking & dishwashing of so many involved utensils seem like a nightmare
And it's doubtful taste will be anything extraordinary. Just make the usual mutton curry and mix fried bhindi in it. Save you time 😊
