Any benefit with unequal length headers vs equal length? I know neither will make much more power since L15s are so tiny and don't really respond too much to bolt ons. Does it at least affect low end and mid range power?
I despise how quickly that style merges together the consecutive cylinders. I know uel headers aren't ideal performance wise but I know having 3in long primaries would be even worse.
@unequal_fabrication I'd be interested in a set when they're available regardless. It'll be interesting to see how they sound with my 3" system & cams.
Do you guys make UEL headers for the 2004 Toyota Corolla generation ? I need some badly in my life and cant even find regular aftermarket ones anywhere
@unequal_fabrication I currently have a 2013 Focus ST and am 04 corolla I want to mod slightly. But I watch tons of vids on the 09-13 model of Honda fit and I am 100% dedicated to getting one boosting it and building it to be a powerhouse daily

ah? you mean you pay a shop to bend everything to your design? i've thought about doing that but i'm not friends with anyone with that kinda tooling yet, and it's only for a few specific projects. considering just making something simple to replace the factory rear muffler on my ge fit, but getting the bend correct makes it unattainable for me.

It's mostly for the sound, but it feels more free in the mid and upper rpm. However I don't have any dyno data to support that.
Have you seen the D16 UEL 1320 Header? If you could replicate that style for the Fit/Jazz it would sound more crisp.

I've shipped a handful of them out but haven't gotten any sound clips back from the customers. Hopefully soon!

@ChiroTheHero they turn into a rocket with a little boost. But even with stock power they're incredibly fun to rip around in.

do you bend everything yourself? i like the idea of this stuff but pipebending is impossible for me, so far

@boy-who-likes-bats I buy most of my bends and v bands from ace race parts.
@unequal_fabrication oh so it's all prebent/precut, just up to you to clamp and weld? that makes some ideas much more attainable... thank you
