You forgot to mention something very important: the vehicle was a folding electric scooter that the police discovered did not require a license plate according to the legislation and therefore it was very easy to not know that it also followed the traffic laws.
However the e-scooter, having a seat and top speed of 30 or more kilometers, puts it into a higher set of regulations that could involve a lot of money or jail time.

The news is not correct. Suga is NEVER involve in a collision accident. He fell from his electric scooter almost infront of his home. True that he did drunk but not that drunk so as to cause damage on property. If there is something damaged, it might be his helmet and the scooter ehen he feel while doing a turn towards the gate. Even the so called "police who helped him" were able to see it. But the strong evidence is the CCTV footage. It is shame that media is not being honest with what they devulge to the public thus destroying person, in this case Suga, to suffer ignorant nitizens harrassment.

I believe that it is only the police investigation that is closed. The case is now sent to the prosecutor’s office for a final determination of how far this will go.

Очень люблю всех ребят из БТС и конечно же жду всех в 2025 году. В ролике указана дата май и автомобиль, но ведь это был эл. самокат и это было в августе. Кому верить?

The police are finalizing their report and will submit it to the prosecutor's office this week. The prosecutor will then open their DUI case to determine what, if any actions, penalties, and fines will apply OR if they will dismiss the charge. It's NOT over until the prosecutor issues a formal statement indicating the case Is FULLY CLOSED AND RESOLVED!!!!!

Fake news. He was not in a motor vehicle, nor did he have a collision. There was no injuries or damages. Did i mention it was a foldable kickboard.

I'm glad if true. However, your facts are saying he was driving a vehicle. The incident did not start in May. This happened 5:08 on a scooter on August 6th, 2024
All that confused me, too, and made me doubt the whole thing. But the investigation has indeed been closed as far as the police are concerned. Pinkvilla has a good article about it. The issue re Suga has been forwarded to the prosecution, which makes zero sense since the scooter in question did not require a license plate, so DUI laws should not apply. And they didn't need a damn police investigation for that. It should have been a two-minute search on a police database to determine the type of vehicle. They were right there when he fell, so he wouldn't have had time to switch vehicles or use some other means of fraud.

Er istn500 m weit mit einem e Roller ohne jegliche Probleme nach hause gefahren und beim anhalten gegen seine Tür gestolpert. There are different classes of scooters and Suga’s appears to be the more problematic one putting it nearer the regulations required for electric motorbikes.
