Thank you for your teams work in this video! I am happy in my sadness that Burna boy is Exposing what is happening in Nigeria. I am not Nigerian but I am someone who has worked hard towards brining solutions to Nigeria, for Nigerians to adapt to Climate change. We as humans pollute and in Nigeria it’s greed that causes this pollution and it won’t stop. How can these people farm? The water is black. What do they eat? Even the work I have been trying to bring into Nigeria has been difficult because of corruption. You want to make a difference and help in building the Nigerian Economy with renewable energy. You try and try and you can’t even help. They won’t let you in, because the corruption is so strong and the greed is so wicked that they don’t care what happens to the people. I cried watching this video and I wish that God will make a way for me to come to Nigeria and make a difference in people’s lives. Energy and food is a problem in Nigeria, and me and my team are working hard to bring those solutions. I have been at this for 8 years and I still have not made it to Nigeria. Only because my team that goes to Nigeria to push all the paper work. Always calls with bad news. It’s like they don’t want to let our solutions into the market. We will create a change that they don’t want to see. They want the greed to keep pouring and the people keep dying. I’m so sad and I pray for the greedy to open there eye. They have forgotten who they are. They have forgotten there ancestors and the ways of there own people. Greed has entered there hearts and they don’t remember that all these people that are dying. They are there own brothers and sisters. Don’t forget your heritage and your ancestral practices. Don’t let modern religion make you forget who you are. My people where long ago colonized and we don’t even remember who we are and what or what our ancestors practiced and when I look at Africa. I can see that it’s on the verge of forgetting but yet the old is still holding on strong. Your ancestors practices are not witch craft. Remeber who you are. Don’t let greed make your heart into stone. We all go somewhere where after we die. You don’t fear? Let’s come together and make a difference. Small or big. It doesn’t matter. All that matters is that we keep trying, till the break through happens. I will never give up on Nigeria. One day I will touch the ground of Nigeria and make a big difference and that’s when my soul will be happy! Thank you Burna boy for fuelling up my fire of passion to keep going! We are all together! In this war on Greed!

My cousin who lives and work @ Port Harcourt suddenly became sick, and had to return to Plateau State where her parents are staying to receive proper care and medical attention. To our greatest surprise, she turned out to have a kidney problem, and despite multiple treatments with dialysis sessions, she later passed away. I could remember the pain she went through before giving up and it hurts so bad every time I remember that horrible moment. We laid her to rest today. I pray her soul will find rest😭😭 Seeing this documentary, create a sense of awareness of what Nigerians are going through in this country.

A documentary as eye opening as this and less than 300k views in over 1 week?! We really do need to set our priorities right as a people, show more concern for things that really affect us and our society. If this was just some random music video about girls shaking ass and flaunting of diamonds, would’ve been over a million views by now. All the same, big ups to Burna for taking out the time, putting in the effort and for being very intentional about exposing the ills of our Nigerian society. A lot of us in this comment section are privileged but they’re thousands and thousands of people in the open world who are not even privileged enough to have a smartphone like most of us. I’m very appreciative of Burna and his team for making this documentary, at least now we get to see a bit (trust there’s so much more suffering out there) of the sufferings and plight of our comrades who aren’t as privileged as ourselves. I do hope those of us who have are willing enough to donate to help these people, the government have no concern for us so we need to help ourselves. We can keep castigating and criticizing the government for as long as possible but they’ll keep turning deaf ears and blind eyes to our complaints and plights. So let’s help ourselves and I do think that what Burna really aims at achieving with this is not to give us more reasons to criticize the government but to really open our eyes and minds to realize that we are all we really have. Let’s do the most we can for the betterment of our society. Bless up!💪🏽💪🏽

For my Non-Nigerians, this is Rivers state, located in the South-Southern region of Nigeria 🇳🇬 (Burna Boy's home state). South-South is also home to Bayelsa, Delta, Edo, Akwa-Ibom and Cross River states respectively.
River state also being one of the major states that was affected by the flood in October killed people, displaced homes, and destroyed properties as well as businesses.
The flood was caused by the opening of the Lagdo dam in Cameroon 🇨🇲 which our FG were supposed to build a dam to divert the water, till now they didn't and the excess water from the dam had to be removed, hence the flooding in Nigeria 🇳🇬.
Also Port-harcourt (Capital of Rivers state) like other crude oil producing states in the SS region of Nigeria, suffers air pollution (soot and acid rain 🌧️) due to gas flaring.
And the pollution levels are rising.
This documentary is ans was an eye-opener for many to see the challenges of people. Over 2 million people displaced across 7 states affected by the flood in Nigeria.
This is the documentary for all. We need a new Nigeria.
    en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/2022_Nigeria_floods#:~:text=The%202022%20Nigeria%20floods%20affected,land%20had%20also%20been%20affected.
