If your curious as to what state each of the maps are in: The first and second maps, if I were to release, would appear finished, however there are a lot of smaller details I want to add to them. The third map (this one) is playable from start to finish, however, almost everything past this first third of the map shown in the video has poor lighting and little decoration. The fourth map is fully playable however does need more lighting and decoration work (not as bad as the third though).

Those are cut lines, Portal 2 has many cut lines that have been left in the files.
