Any tips for practicing solo?

Wall drills can be good for hand eye coordination and even help with hand speed. Ball and paddle drills with no walls can also be good for hand eye and improving your ability to manipulate the paddle. There are some good videos on other RUclips channels that cover these topics. Thanks for watching
