I think this could be fairly easy if done on a different arena, the Viper Arena has barely any batteries, minimal cover and barely any space to move around.
It has a set number of rockets fired per locked target, (because I'm an Ion main, I dont know the specifics) each locked target gets ~6 rockets shot and the total rockets to be fired stack and the rockets are fired evenly between targets (they dont fire all 6 at one titan and then go to the next titan)
