Well coming from a fellow Noah and banjo picker. Your every bit as good as Adam hurt or Jackie/Hassell Helton and Lee Sexton. Those are some of the best dropthumb pickers to ever hold a five string that I know of
So are you overlooking the rebel flag? Dude. I don't care for its roots, I care for its fruits. They sound unreal. Now where to find a gourd in Australia.
@@NoahClineHey Noah,, I like your flag,, it stands for AMERICAN HISTORY, The Confederate Army Flag from OUR AMERICAN History.. Absolutely Nothing to be Ashamed of.. History is a good thing.. Lets teach all people about our history.. Lots of Americans fought and died under this flag.. I like your playing young man... 😊😊
Thanks. I made this one. It's my first gourd banjo. I've only made one other gourd, but I'm planning on making another ok e I find an appropriate one. It has a 24" scale and a 9" canteen gourd, plus a calfskin head. It also has a slotted peghead plus a tunneled fifth string, which was something that I wanted to do on it just to make it different. The neck and dowel are walnut, and the fingerboard is red oak plus a bother piece of walnut in the middle. I have it strung with Aquila Nylgut Minstrel strings.
+carlcurtis I do. If you check out Banjo Hangout, I sell them in the site's classifieds. Normally when I finish making one, I'll make a video of it and put the link for the ad in the video description.
Every time blows my mind❤

Art would be proud, Noah
Superb Noah.

Fretless gourd banjos remind us so blatantly of the banjo's roots...Africa!

This is really, really good stuff. Impressive.
This to me sounds like it not only has a southern feel, but also sounds a bit Japanese at times... And I love it!
Awesome totally enjoyed 😉
Nice listening to
Absolutely perfect
Superb Noah!
Thanks, Ken!
I like your version of this a lot! What is the make of your banjo?
It’s one of my own builds. Thanks!
Wow!
well done
Love this tuning man, what gauge and type strings are you using?
They're Aquila Nylgut Minstrels
Who made the banjo and what scale is it? Sounds very good.

And thanks for subscribing. ;)
+Noah Cline Thanks, Noah. The banjos got a great sound. I'm not surprised by the Nylgut. I've used them on my lute.
+Noah Cline Do you sell the banjos you make. If so, where do I find out more about them?
