Hi, Lauren! The default password is most likely the printer's serial number. You'll find this by opening up the printer as if though you were going to change the ink. You'll find a label inside the printer bearing the serial number, and that number will consist of 4 letters followed by 5 numbers (i.e. ABCD12345). What is wrong with this printer? I have tried all the ways to connect to wifi nothing works! I have reset all wifi settings! It finds my wifi but trying to connect I get an error in red (connection fails. Using the Print App on a phone I get error code 3441. This wifi was connected and working. Now! Out of the blue nothing! The cannon help and support just takes you to a third party help site that you have to pay for! There is no support from Cannon at all. The manual sucks! No mention of this error messages on the printer. What a waste of time and money. This printer TS9120 SUCKS!
