You can for snow that's light and not stuck yet, but for semi thick snow like that you need to shovel. That little machine isn't gonna cut it either. A snow shovel is best for this unless you're lazy.

I can give the Same effort with less passes with a much wider snow shovel. Waste of money... plus you still need a shovel to clean up all you left what a joke!
