Sorry . But its mostly a distraction to me. I mean: what do a bunch of post-modern dancers dressed like, what , Spiders? have to to do with Purcell’s lyric? The song is about the pain of being Cold, right? Black isnt generally a color associated with cold, certainly not. You couldve dressed everyone in white and had dry ice all around. And/Or maybe filmed the whole thing Outside somewhere Cold, depending where you’re located. If it was a cold location and there was a lot of water present then everyone’s exhalations wouldve turned into clouds of icy fog. That would’ve been quire effective.
@@alanwerner8563 I appreciate your time and effort to write this, I didn’t want to do with snow and ice, because when we died the cold is coming from inside. The dancers who dance around our Queen, take step by step more energy away. They are a part of the dead , who coming closer and take step by step more , we can do it in the way that everybody did it , but I did it in the way how I felt I wanted to do it with my students, for me is important to explore and learn . From that we can grow ! ❤
This music was used in the latest series of Fargo, on seeing the credits at the end I sought more versions, a very moving peice using a chord sequence that is presient to todays mood love it❤
I seeķ out performances of this song and I am far too precious and demanding. Also, I dislike overtrained classical voices anyway. Sensational vocal performance here. The power that comes with training perfectly blended with a wholly natural emotional expression. Spellbinding. The Utrecht dance school choreography I could have done without, personally. But collaborations are always to be encouraged, and the vocal performance cut through it.
Thank you so much for your effort to look to our video, this collaboration was with Gruen Weiss Aachen . Not with The Utrecht Dance Academy ;) it was for all of us super nice to make this video and we enjoy the reactions 😊 Thank you so much ❤
Soprano? J'aimerais savoir. Mais j'aime beaucoup, bravo. ❤🇨🇵💐
Yeah she have a special voice... she is a Alto in opera technique... Fits so perfect so its brings you so deep to our own emotion... It was a pleasure to work with Anne Lafebre... Thank you so much for your message. Its nice to start the day with it
Bonne continuation. Au plaisir de vous entendre. 👌🇨🇵💐

This song not for woman’s voice
You never know “ if Purcell was still living today “ maybe he will make it for a woman. 🎉
