Thanks! I believe I used 1280 x 960. Not as good as the other higher res settings for RUclips, but the field of view & file size seems to work decent for Insta & here. Fins are old Kinetik JP Quad fronts with some little cheap plastic trailers. They feel good!
Hey bud... sick vid. Hows your board holding up i heard they pressure dent and crack pretty bad... not as strong as advertised? Or was that the old batch?
I've had to have had about 100 sessions on this board, and no significant damage to speak of. It does get mellow pressure dents, but i personally think that's a positive (vs a Surf Tech that's lifeless and has no give). Slight yellowing, but not as much as you'd get with a PU. I've ran it on the rocks before which would have guaranteed destroyed the bottom of my epoxy / PU boards, but just got mellow indents with no puncture on this one. Also made by surfers in the USA! Long story short, not bulletproof but will last you wayyyy longer than a standard construction. Underrated in my opinion.
I'm 5'8" & 145 lbs so the 5'5" is actually a good amount of float for me. I'm not a super advanced surfer, so I prefer to size my groveler boards a bit big. I only surf it on weak days so also would rather have too much foam than too little. I think the 5'10" will be a good choice if you're in that intermediate / lower advanced stage as well! Maybe go a size smaller if you're more on the advanced side.
Sick video!! What gopro settings, and what fin setup?

@@leecarterreppinjesuschrist7686 That's a solid choice for an everyday board, I'd like to add that one to my quiver as well. Enjoy!
Yew!
How tall are you? I’m a bit worried cause I’m 6 ft and ordered a 5’10”. Hoping it’s not too big
