On the tunnel can you add a bead of silicone on the flat and let it dry. It would kinda be like felpro print-o-seal gaskets. It would help keep fluids out but also help with squeaks if the panels vibrate.

Put a standard 7 way rv plug in the back of the car so the trailer can be towed by a normal vehicle if needed. Also you can use the pins in the 7 way if you need to run other things since it has constant fused 12 volt like say back feed through it to charge the battery
Try superglue on the edge to touch it up next time as that will also seal the edge of the carbon from chipping.

For really quick and easy labeling, I've used P-Touch labelers for quite a while. Tape width varies from 1/4" to 1", with clear, red, yellow, blue, or black background and white, black, and gold print in various combinations. Many fonts and graphics can also be used, depending on the printer. They're great for labeling panels and chassis like those injector control boxes. I've used five-minute epoxy to fix them in place, as heat and fluids can cause their adhesive to lift. Val's car is looking so good!

From an industrial controls standpoint, I'd use only one IAC as using two might cause a surge due to large changes in airflow of 2 Vs 1. If there isn't enough air flow at idle and propping the blade open causes TPS range issues, drilling a hole in the blade is common on stock stuff.

ditto on front u-joint self deleting. my buddies car did that coming out of burnout. a circlip suddenly decided to leave the game and spit the cap right through the tunnel, just past his arm, helmet and face, where it left a bubble in the steel car roof (about the only steel left on the car). it violently exploded the transmission tail-shaft. yeah it gained nearly 15lbs of weight after that, big U shield plate, as the driveshaft loop wasn't enough protection.
the driveshaft came with the car and was left as is(joints looked and felt fine/many hundreds of passes on N/A mouse engine), later on it twisted off an moser axle (that also came with the car), left rear wheel exited on launch, which luckily happened there.
yikes x 10. that left us wondering about the rest of the cars integrity and fine tooth comb/eyeing every single pass.

I don't know how it would work, but ONE day I will be cool enough to complete a project such as this. With the stainless brake lines up around me in Canada and doing industrial construction we use a company called Swaglok for all of our instumentation and basically once those fittings are seated or 'sweged" the failure point is the tubing at that point. I have no idea the cross over to state side maybe Parker fittings? Either way Swaglok makes some pretty neat stuff that you may be able to use for brakes/airlines etc.
