  • New Forms Option for Microsoft Lists
Microsoft is rolling out the new forms experience in Microsoft lists for both Microsoft 365 work and school. The goal is to make it easier to collect and gather information directly into your lists by providing a WYSIWYG approach to build a form.
I will first start by doing a full tutorial on how to use the new Forms experience in lists and then also do a side-by-side comparison with Microsoft Forms to help decide which one to use based on the requirements.

I would love to see this on preexisting SharePoint lists instead of just the Microsoft Lists. I have a list that uses Power Apps and it would also be great if I a user could open just the app and not get back to the list.

The lack of conditional show/hide json editing is a big let down for me with the new list form. It looks very good but unfortunately it’s very basic.
