I got a Sole treadmill several months back. It's not a fancy one with display screen and connection to services. I walk on it every day, but found that I was getting bored looking at the wall or out the window at the side of my neighbors home. I had read about walking videos so started searching RUclips. I found quite a few posted walking videos but they all seemed to be lacking, but then I found 'Walking In Beauty'. The combination of great videography, nature sounds and ambient music tick every box for me. I mount my tablet in front of me, set my incline and pace, start your video and start walking. I find myself immersed in your production and the minutes just fly by. Thanks
I love these hiking videos and I recognized that spot in the thumbnail... I worked for YCC ( Youth Convervation Corps) in Gallup for 8 years in high school and college. I worked on the crew who built and maintained this very trail! So many memories out there and I love the landscape
@@walkinginbeauty I would do that work again in a heartbeat if I could. We also did the pyramid mountain trail, the "high desert" trails over on the west side of town, and our biggest feat was the "zuni mountin" trail system (or whatever it was called). The trails over in McGaffee.
The wooden steps and retaining walls took a lot of work and craftsmanship. We had to source limestone rocks which were scattered around and carry them to the locations where they were needed. I miss those days haha
I spent my summer ‘22 in the campground next to this trail. Walked this trail so many times and Pyramid Rock next to it cause I fell in love with the absolute beauty there. Thanks for sharing this. That place is like heaven to me. I hope to go back this spring.
I just came back from Utah recently and it was my first time being out west like that. This trail reminds me of a few of the trails I went on out there (except out there the dirt/sand was more red in places) and it’s so incredible🥰 I really love how you pretty much show the whole hike, subbed and using for my own at home virtual hiking☺️Beautiful!! Thanks for posting! I have POTS syndrome and I want to be able to do more hikes so stuff like this helps me to keep up the exercises to do so:)
My all time favorite walking video! Is this Church Rock in New Mexico? It looks just like it. It's my favorite area in the whole world, ive been there 3 times and stayed in Red Rock State Park just outside of Gallup!
Having lived in Silver City years ago, I enjoyed the reminder of the terrain. Gila Cliff Dwellings next?? 🙏❤️ Perhaps some mountain terrain near Reserve?

Thanks for your feedback. My initial idea was to make these videos for treadmill walkers, so they can have a "virtual" experience while walking on the treadmill. But if there are more people interested in close up shots of the scenery, I could do that too.
@@walkinginbeauty No, I like your original idea. A lot of us do walk/run to these videos, and keeping the stopping/head-swinging to a bare minimum is really helpful. We still get the essence of the scenery but don't have to keep grabbing the railing of the treadmill to stay on course!
Every aspect of this is perfect.
Amazing, especially the last 15 minutes

Hell yeah! Thank you for your work. So many people use this trail every year. The world is a better place because of it.

What is the name of this trail? Looking to go in January to Mexico to do some hiking.
No water also
🛵🌄🏗️☺️
You need to stop and look around more often to add interest to your videos. 🤔🙂
