@Danger0use It was in the 4th game but in the second game, Ocelot used Liquid's right arm as a replacement due to being The Sorrow's son, he unknowingly kept Liquid alive and after the Big Shell Incident, he once again replaced his right arm with a cybernetic arm in place of Liquid's arm due to Liquid being able to take control of Ocelot.
He then did hypnotherapy on himself to make it look like Liquid took over him. It's confusing at first but once you begin to get a grasp of it, it becomes clear.

Meanwhile airdrops were the deadliest part for the Allies: casualties for paratroopers were around a third on the first day, while glider infantry lost at least half of their men on these drops alone. Gliders got wrecked by AA fire, got lost in the clouds and crash landed with no visibility, or landed in swamps, with many soldiers drowning with their equipment on their back. Most of them were scattered kilometers apart, having no map, radio or ammo, let alone food or first-aid, being hunted by german troops combing the area, having to fight them with little to no support or reinforcements.
There's also no way she would airdrop with a 7-to-9 months belly, the sheer shock of landing, enought to break knees and legs if you don't land perfectly, would be devastating to the foetus. The only possible way would be her landing as a passenger in a transport plane, 4-5 months into pregnancy, coordinating commandos from HQ, then giving birth to a preterm just as Operation Overlord was concluding.

MGS5 has the following too, I know it's not the best written wise, but the relationship between Quiet and Venom Snake as well as the genocide of your staff on your own mother base were such great moments from the franchise to witness.

I kind of.. dislike what Peace Walker does with The Boss. On the one hand there's the AI stuff that just breaks my suspension of disbelief (in various ways), but even Eva's tapes... I just don't think the Boss needed that much detail in her backstory, it feels like it's trying too hard to make you feel bad for her, and it also shits all over real people like the Mercury Seven for no real reason. I like her story better the way it's told in MGS3.
