Me I am very disappointed by the pricing. The glass cup price is 3 times the price of Etsy. How are we supposed to sell and make profit. This is a trendy product that printify can get thousands of sales from but unfortunately we cannot sell. And each day the prices are going up 😢
Hi there! Try looking into print providers closer to your customers for more ideal shipping costs. Also, don't be afraid of pricing products higher than usual, instead focus on offering a design/message that's valuable enough for someone to be willing to pay that much. People don't mind paying a little extra for the brands they love, so why not yours? Good luck!
off topic - but I can't find an answer anywhere and there doesn't seem to be any way to actually contact a person who works for Printify so thought maybe you would know. Is there any way to publish products to a website (woo) and NOT have the 8 million mockups I don't want publish as well?? I have tried selective publishing and not choosing mock ups - but that doesn't work. It takes hours to go to my website and delete all that crap I don't want.
Hi! We're actively working on making our mockup selection process better and faster. Unfortunately, this is a bit of a limitation right now when it comes to selecting specific mockups. Regarding selective publishing, this is only possible when editing previously published products. We're sorry for this inconvenience, but your feedback helps us improve our platform!

Hi there! Try publishing a product to Etsy, if it shows up in your store then your account is definitely connected to Printify.
