    Dak Herbert Russ should be tier 3. Russ only because he is a scrambling QB and had his WRs metcalf and locket and still sucks. people will say he had no o-line but he’s a scrambling QB I thought. 🤣 Dak and Herbert loss to Carr with no coach and no number 1 WR and a weak secondary defense, that speaks for itself. This is on performance base on 2021-2022 that I’m going off of.

    Thank u for saying “A lot of room to grow” for Mac Jones, I agree Mac didn’t have the best season but I hate when ppl say he has a low ceiling or he has hit his ceiling in his rookie season 💀 he can improve his arm strength, his mechanics, his football IQ, this argument just hella dumb, Sky’s the limit

    i think the reason why this list feels a bit weird to me is because you were a bit too generous with who you included in tier 2. i think burrow/stafford/herbert/carr belong there, no one else. murray has shown that he has incredible talent but he failed to show up multiple times this season. wilson was plagued by injuries. prescott similarly was injured for several games but also underperformed when you consider all of the talent he had around him. carr on the other hand won multiple overtime games, had an incredible showing in the last regular season vs chargers, and almost beat the bengals in a close game. i think he's definitely tier 2 and that was in spite of all the crazy nonsense that happened with gruden.

  • @juice537

    I hate to be that guy but it is actually extremely ridiculous that you have Ryan tannehill in tier 4. You brought up carr overcoming so much and making the playoffs but tannehill led a team that played the most players in a season ever (91), because of all the injuries they had, to the 1 seed. And your argument about him not looking the same without Henry is just a ridiculously ignorant take. You didn’t take into account that AJ brown and Julio Jones missed several games and it was tannehill and nobody on the offense. Even the WR3 and WR4 got hurt for the season so they were throwing to backups. It is ignorant to leave major context out of the argument. Putting him in the same tier with those QBs is simply disrespectful and shows a lack of knowledge

    • @juice537
      @juice537 2 года назад

      Tannehill was also the 2nd most sacked QB in the NFL. You clearly only looked at the box score and didn’t actually watch the team play

    Think Taysom gets too much hate. Y'all saw how Jameis played and according to the saints organization, there was still a legit QB competition going on. Even once he had one of the starting tackles back, Taysom looked more than feasible. Would take him before I would take a lot of the QBs in the tier above him.

    • @SOGFootball
      @SOGFootball  2 года назад +1

      The problem with players like Taysom is they need a great supporting cast. As soon as he's playing from behind, he isn't throwing his team back in the game.

    • @Luckyludog
      @Luckyludog 2 года назад

      @@SOGFootball there's been no proof of that that. He looked good when he was playing behind a semi decent Oline with no WRs or TEs this year. The only time he played with a decent team was when MT was playing hurt and he hadn't played QB in years so he wasn't built for it anymore. I don't honestly expect anyone to rank him higher, but just seeing how he has progressed this past off-season, I would take him before all the tier 5 guys.
