You're correct,life is so short.The bible says our lives are like a-VAPOR-here one day,then gone the next. But,growing old is good,better than the alternative. LOL. On my 2nd deployment to Iraq,doing a routine patrol,we got hit by a-MEAN-ambush. 8 of my friends died and myself and another sgt were the only survivors from our vehicle,we were flown to ( after a short stay at our fob ) Ramstien Air Force hospitol in Germany for 3 1/2 months. Saw so many people die in Iraq,women,kids,etc,etc,..in pretty horrible ways too. Growing older is very GOOD to me,especially from my perspective. SEMPER-FI
