    How do you train for such strong low stances outside of the dojo? Are there any weight lifting exercises you do specifically? Thank you

      @karenkehoe7930 My biggest advice would be to keep stretching and look at mobility exercises. Yoga works a treat. I don't really do any weights, to be honest, just not something I've ever done much of, maybe I should look into it or I could make a video of how I trained to get lower 🤔🥋
