Day 12 Yummy Corona Cooking

It was a full day of strenuous gardening at Chimbley House. We planted a whole new "straw" garden, tidied up the greenhouse, pruned the ivy off a giant cedar tree, spread about 100 pounds of Holly Tone and nitrogen fertilizer, and even walked the dogs twice. So neither Annie or I had a lot of energy left. I wandered into the kitchen, cocktail in hand, to see what I could find. Eventually I was able to mess around with some stuff in the fridge and served a yummy #CoronaCooking dinner on the patio! #QuarantineCooking #150CrestRoad #ChimbleyHouse
