Man, I got the same boat. 2021 pro 170. Love it, but wish I would have bought the 175 tournament edition. 😎👍

Make sure the strap goes under the roller and pull the boat up until it’s touching the roller. I learned the hard way not doing it

I bought the same exact boat but a 2020. I was nice if the water was glass but anything over a 1 foot chop she would beat the hell out of you. I put a 80lb troll on it it was great more power than you need. But last year I sold it after owning it for a year and a half because it just did not work at my home lake Clear lake in California It's a big lake with rough water more often than not and I could not go out and fish a lot of days so I sold it. I bought a 2006 20 ft Skeeter with the money and I haven't looked back but I did sacrifice some reliability for a smoother ride that can get me anywhere on the lake no matter what the conditions. That was more important. But the peace of mind I had with that little four stroke was pretty priceless I knew and I got out that motor would start every time and it did and didn't let me down. They are good boats for what they are just depends on the lake you're fishing.

I have a 2021 tracker it came with a 50 hr four stroke thank GOD I had a helix seven fishfinder from my old boat so I got rid of that cheap Lawrence hook two and you’re so right that basic Minnkota 45 pound thrust just don’t cut it I have to do the same 4-5 anything under that it’s just not enough power at all but for the price I love the boat it’s fast enough not very heavy and im able to store it in my garage

Agreed. The fact It's easy to store/light, but comfortable enough to still get out on is It's biggest plus.

And yes, the trolling motor is junk. 24v Motorguide 80lb tour and you got all day in the wind no problem, with power to spare

I've seen where people have "tuned" them to make them better. But overall, you're right.

1:58 your strap need to go under the roller.

Yep, I'd say you're right since the eyelet sits so low the most direct pressure would be below.
