Interestingly tho, you cant force your opponent to attack on their turn with Bident of Thassa if Grand Abolisher is out.

I run Xenagos God of Revels as my commander in Gruul & I believe he's pretty solid for his effect alone.

I think Whip of Erebos should have been more than an honorable mention. it shouldn't have been very high, and I have had decks where it doesn't work well, but in the right deck it can turn around games with both of its relevant abilities.

Bident of Thassa can't be activated if Abolisher is in play sadly :C because it needs to be activated in the opponent turn

Thassa isn't the cheapest of the gods, is the second most expensive, losing only for Purphoros.
