  • Hello everyone, in the video above you can see a quick and easy way to make Pork Belly Cracklings and Lard. I recommend you to store the cracklings in a plastic container with the lid on, so that they remain soft and they don't dry out too hard, and of course keep them in the fridge.
    The only ingredient is pork belly ( select the one with the most fat on it ) The cooking time is around 2-3 hours, but this depends on how big you cut the individual pieces, if you make small cubes it's faster then the large ones, mine took two and a half hours to cook. The Lard you can eat directly on bread with salt and red onions with a little paprika on top ( eastern European style ) or just use it to cook, and it's also good to put in the dough for cookies.

    Hey dude. Get on Tiktok. I feel like your videos could be way better recieved there. Just make short versions of what you're doing now. Hate seeing such good content getting so little views. You deserve more.
