actually i had recieved my tablet on thursday so i basically have 4 days of experience with it counting today well what my point is that u can work on landscape basically if u turn your phone sideways u basically have to do the same thing with the tablet for u to work sideways and thats all i wanted to note i hope this was helpful

Uhh no, pen tablets are good but when i tried canvas it was shit. Gave it back, of course it costed too much to leave it like this. It was overheating and worked right once for a few days.
I can't believe I didn't thank you, I came a year ago to check you review because I was unsure about to buy the HS64 as my first tablet (I'm a beginner) and I really love it. The small surface is not an obstacle to get a good use of it, the pencil is comfortable to use for long periods of time, the pressure is amazing for this price range (I used a Wacom Intuos M before and couldn't noticed a difference), it works very well both into the computer and cellphone, on computers you can configure workspace/sensitivity/shorcuts by program using the HuionTablet app, and I love its size and weight because it's perfect to take along with me (I'm a laptop user). I follow you for your animations from years ago, btw. Loving all you work and I appreciating your tutorials (I also want to learn how to animate so you had help me more than once).

This video is kind old but I want to inform anyone that may see it today about the buttons in the pen. In Ibis paint x you can actually program them and also the prn pressure, just go into the configurations and search for it.

You know, there is a lot of others apps that you can use to draw on the phone, like Ibis Paint X, Autodesk, and MediBang Paint, the flipaclip is good but it's better to create simple animations
How did you get the mouse to appear when you plugged the tablet into your phone? Ive had this tablet for a few weeks but Ive struggled cuz I cant find where the pen is until I put it down and draw

I have the same problem too! I'm using a phone with android 9 and its OTG is usb type-C. Someone said that the phones with micro usb would have mouse pointer while type C wouldn't. I'm wondering..
Maybe because it depends on the phone brand/model. On my Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S the "USB OTG" works out of the box and I could connect the HS64 right away with no settings needing to be turned on in advance.
@@DOOLY88 Dont Do Samsung The Cursor Will Not Appear On Samsung I Reccomend The LG Stylo 4 or 3 they are compatible with the tablet and are cheaper than other android phones.

I know I may be super duper late, but I may found out a way to bypass the "phone" mode setting's only allowing you to only draw on the left side. (Not sure if it may work for ya'll, but doesn't hurt to try!). So when you plug in first and press down button 1 (The top left button) for about a few seconds, move your pen around rapidly around the tablet while you press it down, and it'll somehow not restrict it automatically to the left side. Hope this helps! I honestly prefer drawing on phones, since my eyes frickin hurt by looking on PC screens for too long.
In my case I can use the whole HS64 tablet to draw on it right after connecting it to my phone with no tricks, but I don't recommend it because the drawing area is stretched and your strokes gonna be distorted, if you want to draw a perfect circle yo gonna have only ovals. Just a note for anyone wanting to try the trick and found that their strokes are imprecise, better use the Phone mode.

Samsung Users; I have got a j7 and on5 pro and its cursor does not show uo on both . But it worked on my paremts A260G samsung . So it may or may not work on all samsungs, and there are some alternatives given in huion website for that too. Go check it first.if it still doesnt work then: 1 of the most helpful wayout is; Use medibang app for drawing ,and then goto options and select display brush cursor. It was a blessing to find out this sollution in reddit. Hope it helps😊

I plugged my Wacom Intuos tablet into my Galaxy S8 and it worked, but it was really hard to navigate because of how it was mapped.
