This product is a kimchi seasoning that anyone can make kimchi in a short time just by adding water.
Anyone can make delicious and healthy kimchi by mixing salted main vegetables (cabbage or radish) with the kimchi seasoning of this product.
It consists of powder sauce, liquid sauce, and dried vegetable flakes, and is made with the most delicious ratio of recipes.
The powder sauce contains Kimchi Lactobacillus, so you can eat Lactobacillus after cooking and before fermenting.
If you refrigerate it after cooking, you can eat kimchi that is more delicious and rich in Kimchi Lactobacillus as it continues to ferment.

For 3kg of cabbage or 5kg of radish
Dried Vegetables ( radish + welsh onion ) flakes 30g
Powder Sauce( Contains KIMCHI Lactobacillus ) 200g
Liquid Sauce 80g
[How to cook]
(1) Put dried vegetable flakes in the container, add boiling water and wait 2 minutes.
(2) After discarding the water, add the liquid/powder sauce and mix.
(3) Mix and spread the kimchi seasoning well on the (prepared salted) vegetables.
If you mix and spread the kimchi seasoning with unsalted cabbage, you can eat it like kimchi salad.
After making kimchi, store it in the refrigerator to enjoy it even more.
