Actually, I don't think any of the Yokai's actually do, and if it does happen it's more of an accident than a planned thing.. Since, if you go into print works, you'll see that eatings humans is actively discouraged and obviously unnecessary , and even certain comments like for example Yukari stating that all of Gensokians Yokai's do need to get the food from somewhere is more like, she's purposely vaguely words them out to make Kasen and the reader fear the unknown and can actually be also understood quite literally that the Yokai eat human food, rather than food made of humans, which is made evident through out the print works , especially since the same Yukari actually saved Kosuzu from being eaten by an Yokai scroll, on the other point it is made apparent on numerous occasions in the print works that's its actually the Yokai that fear the humans from the outside, and at the same time have a lot of interest in not losing face in front of the humans of the village as scary beasts, while also willing to tenaciously agree to a certain form of coexistence, on the other point the truth of Yokai eating humans is obviously as stated by Akyuu no Hieda an useful propaganda tool to keep them in line... In few circumstances it is actually the humans themselves who are alluded to commit terrible things, whether it is abusing servants or animals, and the Yokai's are actually the one that offer assistance to the victims of that abuse, so there is a lot of social commentary in the series, and it is obviously structured in such a fascinating way that, you really need to look deep down into the story, to not just see what's shown or stated directly, but also the things the characters themselves might want to cover up from the reader, a good example is Touhou Bougetsou Blue and Silent sinner.

Apart for being a blacksmith she's also an accomplished baby sitter, because yea a Yokai baby sitter is definitely what people want taking care of their child, maybe that's because she's so adorable 😂
