I finally got over the fact that I thought people would judge me and started making some cakes before eventually making my sister's 18th birthday cake! It turns out that it isn't as hard as I thought it would be and it turned out great! (Although it took about 11 hours😂) Thank you for making videos, you inspire so many people :)
I used to watch cake channels that were basically sculpture channels. Cakes that look like a pineapple, a boot, a truck, a purse and every damn household item in between. Not denying the sheer talent and crazy work it all takes, and yes, the occasional pumpkin-shaped cake is fun, but in the end I love your channel for the overall artistic approach to decorating a cake and all the fun tricks and ideas you have.

When you make carrot cake again you should take different kinds of carrot like white carrots and purple carrots and red carrots not just orange ones and shread them into the cake cuz it makes it way more interesting. And if you shred them all the same size then they cook at the same time
