It worked, I can emulate most of games at 30FPS, 2x res, tried your config with some other games I can't run smoothly, like pokemon X ( I run it at 24~28FPS, playable, but not exactly good ) and I've gained 3 to 5 fps in most games, so, it's worked, thanks

depends! what kind cheat? Walk though walls? Unlimited money? Custom Encounter? And also make sure to press the check button to activate the cheat in case you havent. Hope this help!
