    My 75 arrived today...definitely need the short divider...a wildlife photographer, my plan is to be out on the weekends photographing Colorado!!! Super excited about the 75... a great review...thank you!

      That divider is key. That, cardboard, and dry ice is an excellent freezer fridge combo.

      Our vote is to go with the RTIC. WAY CHEAPER

    Our son bought my husband the Yeti Roadie (24) for Father’s Day this year and we absolutely love it. It’s smaller, but still works really well (and a little more affordable) for smaller trips.

      We love our yeti hopper for small trips. The 75 is really way too heavy.

  • @DJSpindoctor2010
    @DJSpindoctor2010 4 года назад +8

    I have the 75 and it's a great cooler. To anyone looking at purchasing one, I'd recommend none larger than the 75, simply for the fact that they're so heavy once they're full, it's really hard for one person to move. I can barely manage the 75, I think the 110 would be too much for one person.

    • @StaplesInTents
      @StaplesInTents  4 года назад +1

      Agreed. The 65 seems to be the sweet spot

      I own a food truck and looking for a good cooler. I’m leaving ing toward this one but just curious how many cans does it hold?

  • @edronczkowski6209

    I sold my 18 Hopper because stuff wasn't being kept cold as long as I wanted so I got a 35. I sold the 35 because it wasn't as big as I expected so I was looking for an old Roadie 20 with the handle instead for better portability. The space is almost the same. I found a really good deal on a white one and couldn't be happier. I have that, and an Ice Blue 65.
    I agree with you that the 65 is the sweet spot. These coolers look big but because of how they're built, they're smaller on the inside than you would expect.
    The only other cooler I might get down the road is the 45 if I end up needing something "in-between". I look forward to more Yeti reviews from you!

    Great review. Interesting about the divider. Maybe, placea rubber edge on the top of the divider and it may seal better?

    nice video brotha! i have a pelican elite 70, but I'm looking for some smaller in dimension but still has a decent capacity. looking at this or the tundra 65. #blackpeopledocamp lol

      Staples InTents I use it for camping big cool outs, weekend bbq’s etc. I use to use cheaper coolers but they tend to warp over time.

    • @StaplesInTents
      @StaplesInTents  5 лет назад +1

      Yeah we have a FETI (Coleman) that we will keep drinks in and it’s sufficient for that. We plan to do a Yeti Hopper video soon.

  • @luchaDor
    @luchaDor 5 лет назад +2

    So...$450 +$25 for the divider + tax you're roughly in for $500 (approximately). (And hey...back strain included for free,) When's Frank getting a Fridge upgrade? :D (I'm not knocking it...I still have my $50 coleman cooler, with no shelf!) I do a lot of cans when I'm out...canned everything, including bread, vacuum sealed milk (doesn't needed to be kept cold), etc.
