- I do a 10 Pull and after that I continue the main story to Arknights! I read through all of chapter 2s story and learn even more about new characters! The L.G.D Isn't Telling us something... What could it be!

While it first appears to be a deceptively simple TD, Arknights is usually more difficult than the run-of-the-mill TD game due to tricky maps and enemy design, and provides challenging combat puzzles. A strong aspect of the game is the management of the player's Operators and correct use of their abilities to achieve victory. Arknights also features the important base building feature.
Mondays will be used for multiplayer type videos and I might also decide to start posting more often throughout the week. I plan on continuing my Skyfactory 4 modded Minecraft series as well as the 100% hardcore Minecraft challenge as well as my Vampyr series soon. The Cat and Dog RUclips Shorts will stay the same, basically whenever I get a video!

So for the new units you got:
Bassline: A very solid tanking healer, specialized in soaking arts (magic) damage, only outclassed by the higher rarity ops, and on par with Nearl.
Santala: Caster with high potential for usability, but unfortunatly being a splash caster (a notoriously negative archetype) her use is very limited, and the RNG nature of her best skill makes her borderline unusable.
Also worth mentioning: If you want/need more dp generation, the four star operator Myrtle is known as one of the best operators in the entire game just because she's so damn good at generating dp, so you can invest in her over Chiave (who is btw not great). You shouldnt underestimate low rarity ops in this game, other than being cheap to build, they can sometimes serve extremely effective roles and sometimes be better than the higher rarity counterparts (Looking at you Ethan and Mizuki).
As for your gacha pulls: its more effective to save up for multiple ten-pulls at once, because we have a ramping chance for higher rarity ops (you get almost 100% chance at 60 pulls, but it caps out so its not exactly 100%). I wont tell you how to play, but remember saving for specific banners is more effective.
And last thing: Dont forget about the borrow system. Even If you can't clear the event stage with your own units, you can get a maxed out broken unit to help out so you the rewards and that *juicy* lore, and getting your Degenbrecker to Elite 2 not only unlocks her best skill but lets you borrow other E2 units, so you should consider rushing that for an easier time.

I read it all and I know myrtle would be good to have. Unfortunately I have not gotten her with head hunts or even recruitment because her 2 things required haven't popped up together T.T. also thanks for the info on those 5 stars! I might build up bassline after reading his abilities. As for the pulls I actually wasn't ever told why I should save for multi pulls but now I definitely will! Also yeah imma borrow some just so I can finish the event and push through for the lore!!!
Harold is pretty much your 'elemental' healer
It will take lots of chapters until it becomes an actual thing but basically elemental dmg is like a stack, when you recieve dmg that stack is eaten until it "pops"
Wandering medics can heal those stacks so the effect doesn't pop and as a wandering medic harold isn't that bad but aside from elemental healing he doesn't offer anything else
You can let him aside for now but he will have his use

@@Bubbagee742 i think if you look at harold's skills on elite 1 preview you can click on the elemental damage part with a white marker so you know what it does before hand lmao

Also, because no one has mentioned cliffheart...
Cliffheart, as a puller specialist, can pull the enemies with both her skills, but how far she can pull them towards her is affected by the enemy's weight and the pull force described in the skill description, early on it's easy to see which enemy is *dummy thicc*. Her ATK is pretty high, and she has range 2-3 tiles ahead, so she can be used to assist from behind a defender, or you can put her somewhere to the side of a hot choke point to pull the enemies and reduce pressure on whichever defender was getting railed 3 ways. Another thing to note, her 2nd skill does *PURE* damage in a wide range, pulls *3* targets, and *stuns* them, it's pretty good. Personally I like her a lot
I recommend raising the 4* vanguards you have, Courier, Vigna, and Scavenger, and eventually Myrtle.
Oooh and also, try to get someone to E2 quick, a 6* you like, or maybe a 4* for lower cost. Having an E2 on your squad allows you to borrow other's E2. So you can use those to clear difficult mission that would probably be out of your reach for another month or two, and you can get a taste of which 6* you may want to pull for.

Good to see you enjoy it! The story gets a lot better in later parts and some of the events. Just be ready to do lots of reading some of events are as long as real novels. Good luck with the channel :D

with the "guard nuker" tag combo, you'll get cutter, giving a 4*, but just doing "nuker" will also give cutter, just fyi.

Also you just need nuker tag to make it be a 4 star
There is only two nuker characters and one is a 1 star and they dont appear when recruitment time is higher than 7h40mins

Well technically there is 3 operators that can appear on a nuker tag...
The 1 star Therm-ex, 4 star cutter, and 5 star firewatch Who was there before cutter was on the recruitment pool, she is a really nice sniper Who has a variety of skill from camouflage to dropping nukes onto enemies..

@@Bubbagee742yeah its a bit thought to get anything above 4 star normally, check for senior operator and top operator tags, they will guarenteed you a 5 star or 6 star operator respectively...
If you are more interested in the recruitment pool and tags combinations i recomend you to look up the aceship recruitment page...

I don't know if you like Monster Hunter or Rainbow6Siege but I have them as support units and sent you a friend request.
So far, out of the collab operators, only Ash is getting a rerun soon since another R6S roster is being added. And HG haven't said if any others will get reruns
Ps: Lung is Chinese for dragon. Ch'en is also a Lung and you can usually identify them by their jagged horns. (Just be careful mistaking them with Sarkaz)

while it doesn't MATTER where you pull early on, since you are accruing 3 and 4 stars and other vital members of a balanced team and base slaves. I would consider saving up maybe for the reed alter banner rerun soon.
Nice ok I'm just not sure who is good and ok still. Maybe I should look for a channel that explains some of the meta and better operators

Santala is quite decent her S2 is pretty RNG base but she deals decent damage for an AOE caster
@ducklordk4195 yeah I've read she is kinda 50/50 so imma put her on the backbirner for now
I mean her RNG barely matters since you want to crowd most of the enemies in the middle of her range anyway, cutting it or not.
It only matters if your run actually hinges on her hitting specific tiles on specific timing (her RNG is only the tiles, the lanes are fixed left - mid - right iirc).
