This sampling are available in Market for buying and using. These sampling provide base for beat and produced entirely new. There is no copyright intended in Leo's Ordinary person. So in comparison of Otnicka song and ordinary person song.. we can see the beat has improvised, vocals have been added, other metrics of rendition has been produced.. I cannot say that it is copied.
