I am a man over 30 plus and I have been on a inner journey since I was a boy, although; I have reached an elevated sense of enlightenment in my most latter/recent few years. I came to the realization that being alone is great for your emotional health and well-being; plus, it is a part of growth within the journey, as well as a way to absorb practical lessons and experiences (good or bad) too/throughout an individual's journey, metaphysically.
