My name is Tim Warner from Reidsville NC. Watched all of your videos and have enjoyed them greatly. I really enjoyed this one because of the set up details. Just got in my order from Camptraption. I got the Wilderness package and looking forward to my new adventure of my wildlife photography. Thank you for you sharing your knowledge.
Love your images and really enjoy your videos. Really informative and just nice to watch. Missed seeing them and great to be catching up now. We’re from the Cotswolds in England.
Came across your channel looking for tips on photographing bears. Gonna have to try this camera trapping, already enjoy a trail camera but getting a good photo with a DSLR would be great. Thanks for your content!!
Looking forward to your camera trapping in 22 Neil, I'm planning to have a go at camera trapping with an old camera soon, I need to get a few thinks sorted first, here in Scotland.
Hi Neil, Excellent video tutorial. I invested in a exact set you have apart from the lens which I have 18-55mm canon kit lens. Can you do a video on how the PIR sensor V3 work in day and night mode?
Hi Neil, Bill E. here from Kansas City. I have decided to try camera trap photography this year and have enjoyed watching your videos, and I have much more to learn, but this is the start. I plan to select some site out in the Kansas area, away from the big city, using trailcams first to scout with. Looking forward to more!
Great looking setup, good luck with the backlit shot, should turnout great, looking forward to seeing the images from this setup. Next the up would you show your sensor settings also please. Highlands, Scotland.
Good afternoon, I have been a follower of your channel for some time, and I am also very fond of photography using camera trap. Normally I use f9 aperture to achieve the maximum depth of field, but it has caught my attention that you are also looking for another type of effect with a larger aperture. Anyway fantastic photos and technique, thanks for sharing your experience. Greetings from Spain!
Yet to find your images im sure they are good , you never shown us how you set the motion detector to fire on your drill/racoon,lol in the exact place you focused ,do you just wave your hand in front of the drill ?and close down the barn doors, cheers Mike from manchester United Kingdom.
Hi Neil, love your videos keep them coming, you got me started camera trapping here in Ireland. Would love to hear your settings on the PIR trigger very confusing to get started with.
I am new to camera trapping and am getting my system ready to go. I would like my system to work both day and night. What camera settings would I use for this? Aperture priority? Manual camera settings? Any help is greatly appreciated. I have learned a great deal from your videos!
Hi, do the AAA batteries in the camtraptions flashreciever hold that long? I am forced to use 2 larger D batteries per flash unit. Otherwise the receiver runs dry in about 1 week.
I have no doubt you'll get an image of something walking on the log - can't wait to see what it is! Even though I don't do camera traps, I find how you set them up interesting. I'm in Kernersville, NC and we got snow last night and I'm thinking you did too. How will that affect the trap?
Brand-new camera trapper here! Watching from Switzerland and thoroughly enjoying your videos. Thanks for the great explanation!
