Do camel forward, upward, and sideways all count as difficult variations? Is there a shoulder position that doesn't count as a difficult variation?

For a position to count as "difficult" it requires that the position requires more physical strength or flexibility and must affect the balance of the main body core and must be held for at least 2 revolutions while in the difficult variation of the position. It's a judgment call that is made by the technical panel rather than an automatic credit. The tech panel must call it as difficult.

In (ice) figure skating, an inverted camel is called a camel upward. In artistic roller figure skating that is called an inverted camel.
