Is carbonated water a healthy option?

Americans spend $1.5 billion a year on carbonated water, and it's available in a growing range of flavors and sweetness options. Nutrition experts say some of these choices are better for you than others. CBS News' Don Champion reports.

Carbonated water. Is literally just water and co2. Drink water and breathe and ur putting the same exact thing Into ur body. Maybe they put less than 1 percent of ur daily value of salt sometimes but that isn't a big deal. It's healthier. It's the 2nd healthiest thing after water

Josh Lewis vegans are awesome. But it's not an all or nothing situation. Consuming animals (beef in particular) is bad for our health, the habitability of Earth, and the animals themselves. I tell people I'd pay themif they can watch all of the documentatary Earthling. I also pay for peoples meals when eating out if they chose vegan options.
