I enjoy any film with Melvyn Douglas in. His acting is always so well timed and yes he was so handsome in those silk shirts ! He might have felt typecast but he did it with aplomb! This was an interesting piece to watch thank you .
He had a long & rich career that improved with age, his wife's bio is fascinating as well, didn't she give political opponent Nixon the name tricky Dick? If only we'd listened!
He was so talented. His career was as good at end as he was in the beginning. How many actors can you say that about. I loved Ninotchka and HUD. And he loved FDR. What else can you ask for💙
