DEI of anything just means lowering the standards, making it less safe for the actually qualified members
I think all hiring should be merit based. Anything else reduces the effectiveness of a unit. Good riddance.

Listening to that reporter speak is so oddly frustrating. You have ONE job, the clear communication of information.
