For secondary winding you need to use 0,80mm × 2 and total of turn is 80turn. And primary winding, need to use 1mm x5 and total of turn is 3turn CT 3turn for 12v and 4turn CT 4turn for 24v

Bad design, core does not store so much energy in transformer like in coil. 3kw can get with smaller etd49 with 3c94 material. Core is round so much shorter winding will be used. Primary shall be made from copper sheet, secondary from litz wire.
